French toast with bacon and eggs 


Weekend breakfast at home is fun and most people have a bit more time that during the week. First I start with a pack of bacon. I placed it on a baking sheet and into a 375 degree oven. 

This is about 20 minutes in, I flipped them over. 

Meanwhile, I make some French toast sticks. I cut off the crust and each slice went into 4 pieces. 

In a bowl I beat 3 eggs, some vanilla creamer, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Place bread into that bowl and let it soak for a minute or so. By this time the bacon was done. 

Melt some butter and pan fry on medium high. Then flip over and serve. You can top with powered sugar or just syrup. Once you are about to flip, start the eggs. On medium heat, melt some butter then crack two eggs. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne. Add cheese if you want then cover to allow the whites to cook and the yolks to be soft still. 

Here I paired it with some basic eggs and bacon.
