Beef tenderloin, purple hasselback potatoes, and veg!

Purple potatoes are cute and interesting. They have a similar potato taste with an upscale unusual look. I will make they hasselback style.If your knife skills aren’t amazing, take two wooden skewers or pot spoons and place it on the middle. Cut slices down to be sure you don’t go all the way thru. Then you have this slinky looking potato!I put these on a roasting pan in the oven at 350 for about 30 minutes. Then I added some zucchini and back in for 15. Then I sautéed a nice piece of tenderloin with just salt, pepper, and steak seasoning. Add some green beans and plate it up!Simple and easy Give it a tryYUM!
