When the weather is nice, take some help from the store and let your grill do the work for you.
I started with some premade pork meatballs and spicy chicken sausage. Grill on low heat turning often.
Add a veg of your choice. I used zucchini that I cut in the bias about 1/2 an inch thick.
Once those are done, put on the top shelf to keep warm and start the chicken which I seasoned with salt, pepper, curry powder, garlic and onion powder, and some Worcestershire sauce. I did that before work, so it marinated for several hours.
Once the chicken starts to separate and the juices run clear, (internal temp 165) turn off grill, then brush on sauce. I used hoisin sauce, sriracha, and worcestershire mixed well. Close lid for about 10 minutes.
Serve family style!
