This is a monthly dish for us! Easy to share and make.
I used a 3 pound pack of ground turkey for this but I also made meatballs at the same time for tomorrow.
I used my mini chopper to break up a diced onion, several cloves of garlic, habanero, and herbs from my plants outside. I blended it with some water to make it smoother.
Add to the turkey with salt and pepper, cayenne if you like extra heat.
I pressed them into the muffin tin and made meatballs in a different pan.
Next time I will not use the wire rack.
Bake at 375 for 15 then flip over until done.
I made a little gravy and green beans covered in garlic.
The next day I reheated the meatballs in a little alfredo sauce and served with green beans although I normally would have done spaghetti squash.
Give it a try!
