This can be done on a grill, but I prefer the oven so I can control the temp.
I used about 3/4 full can of lemon sparkling water since I didn’t have a beer can. I lined the pan to avoid scrubbing later.
I seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne. Then into a preheated oven at 400. Set the timer for 30 minutes. If you are worried about it burning, place a tiny piece of foil over the top.
I flipped it around in the oven and timed it for another 30 minutes. Once the juices run clear and you get an internal temp of 165, remove from oven and let stand for several minutes.
Cut and enjoy!
This can be the base of many different recipes throughout the week. You could easily use a larger pan and make two at a time.
YUM
Give it a try!
Looks good, bring some left overs and i will trade you a lemon bar!
