Simple and easy! I don’t like it sweet, so add more sugar if you do.
3 egg yolks
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon (I used freshly grated)
1/8 tsp nutmeg (I used freshly grated)
1 tsp vanilla (or 1/2 bean split and remove the paste)
Beat all of these together.
Then add 1.5 cups of milk.
Put 1 cup of water in the bottom of the pot, then place trivet. Cover with foil. I used 4 Le Creuset ramekins.
Manuel pressure or dessert setting for 10 minutes.
I did NPR because I got distracted. I opened it but let it sit for 10 minutes before removing.
YUM! Give it a try. Would also be good with stevia or maple syrup instead of sugar.
