Prosciutto wrapped dates stuffed with goat cheese!

This is great for anyone who ‘can’t cook.’

It’s simple, remove the seed with a chopstick or buy the pitted dates.

Wrap with half a slice of prosciutto, bake at 350 for 10 minutes and flip then another 10 minutes, or put in air fryer.

Place on paper towel to blot excess fat. Allow to cool.

Place goat cheese in a baggie, season with thyme and black pepper, cayenne if you’re feeling bold, then snip the end and pipe into opening.

Serve with some flavored or balsamic vinegar drizzle!
