Cilantro chipotle corn tortillas!

I’m the first one to line up at the taco truck, but alas, this quarantine has changed things. So I tried making my own. I was surprised at how easy it was.

Masa, cilantro, chipotle, oil, water
Bring it together with the back of a spoon or chopstick.
Form
Cut
Roll
Use tortilla press or the back of two plates and a plastic bag with two open ends and some oil inside.
Smush
In a dry pan, cook on medium high heat, try for some brown spots, bonus if you get it to swell.
Stack in cloth to keep from drying out.
Here I topped with chicken, black beans, cilantro, lime juice. YUM!

Recipe

2 cups masa

1.5 cups water

1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro

1 tsp chipotle powder

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp oil
