- Lamb chops
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
- Ancho chili powder
- Oils of choice
- Cut lamb chops just beyond the joint to get even chops
- Season with dry spices
- Brush on oil in plate then place on flat top
- I used a black stone at medium high
- Cool until internal temp to your liking.
- Mine was medium well which took about. 8 min on one side and 6 min on the other.
