For the home chef that has some experience but is not a pro. I like good food without having to cook all day. I favor organic, non-GMO, and limited gluten.
After seasoning the chicken and leaving it overnight, I cut the bone from one side and pulled it, allowing it to become a handle. I baked it at 400 for 30 minutes then flipped over for another 15. Flip again and bake until fully cooked. About 15 more minutes. Then broil to crisp the skin. This is great for a gathering or bbq when people are eating with their fingers! Yum!
