I mixed the paste with yogurt and marinated it in the chicken overnight.
I found one of these lunch trays on sale and it is great for prepping.
Sauté the veg, then add the chicken, turn down the heat and allow to cook. At water or coconut milk.
A bit ore chopping for the end.
I removed the cooked chicken and then thickened the sauce a bit more. Taste it now and add more paste or salt if needed.
Then stir in the veg and the other half of the yogurt.
Top with more and serve with rice and naan
I used these but next time will add some pepper also. Wasn’t very spicy once mixed with the yogurt.
